Hard disabling can occur when an add-in causes the application to close unexpectedly. If an application does not load your add-in, the application might have hard disabled or soft disabled your add-in. Microsoft Office applications can disable add-ins that behave unexpectedly. Check out the LoadBehavior windows registry key or the COM add-ins dialog in Outlook. Most probably the add-in was disabled by Outlook. The code should work in Outlook 2010 x86 or 圆4 as well. It works fine on Outlook 2013 64bit but when I try with outlook 2010 32bit, the events aren't fired.
